With Easter just around the corner, we have a look at the Gardening events happening around the country over Easter and during April.

Throughout April
National Trust Easter Egg Hunts - various locations
The National Trust have partnered with Cadbury to bring Easter Egg Trails to over 250 locations across the country.

Throughout April
Bottle Feeding Lambs, Carreg Cennen Casatl and farm, near Llandello
Visit this working form and help to bottle feed the lambs.

1st - 2nd April
Great London Plant Fair, RHS Horticultural Halls
This vibrant celebration of spring with an emphasis on plant sales and the feel of an “up-market plant fair” sees the Lawrence and Lindley Halls bursting with nurseries and tradestands showing their spring wares.

5th - 21st April
Spring into Easter, Kent Life, 10.00am - 6.00pm
Meet the newborn lambs, calves, piglets, chicks and goats at Kent Life Heritage Farm Park and help to feed them. There is also water-zorbing, quad biking, tractor rides and much more.

11th - 12th April
RHS London Orchid & Botanical Art Show

Exclusive preview evening on the 10th

11th - 13th April
RHS Flowers Show, Cardiff
The first major RHS show of the 2014 season welcomes spring with a flourish of early blooms and inspirational exhibits.

12th - 13th April
Plants of the past, Black Country Living Museum
If you want something different to Easter Egg Hunts then visit the Black Country Museum and discover the hidden gardens at this 'living museum'. Find out how plants were used
in the 19th Century, meet expert gardeners, see the traditional garden market and learn about tools and techinques of the past.

20th April
Kew Gardens Easter Egg hunt, Kew Gardens, London
Collect tokens as you walk around the garden and then hand them in to the Easter bunny to receive a chocolate egg. There will also be Willy Wonka-themed face painting throughout the Easter holidays.

27th April
