Easy Tunnels are a great choice for those who are looking to add a little more protection to their prized crops. Fleece tunnels are mainly used in the spring and autumn seasons. They protect crops from frost and from sunlight while still allowing a good flow of air through the tunnel which prevents rot and decay.

There are a few different types of easy tunnel that you can use in your garden or allotment. Each has their own specific use and protects against different threats. As mentioned previously fleece tunnels are used to protect against weather conditions. On the other hand, a micromesh tunnel will protect against pests.

Micromesh easy tunnels offer unbeatable protection against insects. The tiny 0.6mm square mesh size only allows air and light to penetrate the material. It is not just insects that it helps to protect against either. It is great at protecting against birds such as pigeons too.

The traditional poly tunnel is made from UV stabilised 150-micron polyethylene. Much like the fleece tunnels, an easy poly tunnel is best used in the winter and early spring. It protects crops and plants from frost. It will also help to warm the soil for early planting. One great benefit of the easy poly tunnel is that it has drawstring openings at each end making it easy to control the temperature and conditions inside.

Finally, we have out net tunnels which are suitable for use in spring, summer and early autumn. They mainly protect vulnerable crops against butterflies and birds. The small mesh also provides some protection from the sun. It also features drawstring opening ends.
