Our easy-to-lay Aquamat Capillary Matting quickly and evenly transports water over flat surfaces, allowing many plants to be watered simultaneously, saving you the time and effort of hand-watering each individual plant.

Developed at one of Britain's top flower research centres, this mat has been proven to deliver efficient and consistent watering for domestic and commercial gardens, as well as nurseries and garden centres in greenhouses and polytunnels.

The matting is made from 14 finely and equally spaced layers, which act as a reservoir for water and distribute it evenly throughout the mat.

The plant’s roots need only touch the Aquamat surface to receive an adequate, consistent supply of moisture, reducing the risk of over-watering or under-watering and the need for repotting due to root damage.

The matting can be easily cleaned and sterilised by steam cleaning and is reversible for more than one season's use, making it cost-effective and time-efficient.
