Prices
All prices include VAT. Every effort will be made to keep prices firm but we reserve the right to vary them without notice. We reserve the right to end any promotions at any time.

Title
Title to the goods does not pass to the purchaser until the account is settled in full. Risk passes to the purchaser on delivery.

Quality
We use the most suitable materials for the intended purpose of the article. It is not our policy to vary quality, however we reserve the right to use alternative materials when we consider it suitable or necessary.

Carriage
Prices for fruit cages include UK mainland carriage charges. All orders over £100.00 in value are also carriage free to mainland UK. Please contact us for quotations to all other destinations.

Non-delivery or Damage.
All claims for missing or damaged goods must be made within 7 days of receipt and in the case of non-delivery within 10 days of being charged. To help maintain customer goodwill we request that any notifications of missing or damaged goods should be brought to our attention as soon as is practicable.

Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied with any purchase from Wm James we will immediately replace or reimburse you in full (minus carriage charges) on safe return of the goods.

Liability
Wm James & Co accept no liability for fraudulent transactions or for the wilfull misuse of credit card details.

Statutory Rights
Wm James & Co terms and conditions do not in any way affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Wm James & Co do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. This web site uses cookies to facilitate the processing of the shopping basket.
