Information: 

All goods are normally dispatched within 5 - 10 working days of your order but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Please note this excludes Polytunnels which have a delivery lead time of 3 weeks + 3 day delivery service    

Before Accepting & Signing For Delivery:

Inspect all items for condition and count items.

If there is an error please sign for as incomplete or damaged and then call us 01308 424111 to report this. 

All reports for missing or damaged goods must be made within 7 days of receipt and in the case of non-delivery within 10 days of being charged. To help maintain customer goodwill we request that any notifications of missing or damaged goods should be brought to our attention as soon as is practicable.
